  • I think i'm gonna wait. I'm never truely an early adopter of a new operating system. I usually wait for others to find out just how bad things are first before i jump on that wagon.

  • Wait for the Service Pack! Unless you're a developer and like unstable things (like the alpha stage Linux cd I've got sitting here waiting to be installed), stay away from anything M$ puts out before SP1. It's still in RC mode at that point, maybe even beta.

  • Unless they go with the "Service-Pak'less" service model like they are doing with Office 2007.

    But i hear what your saying, Mac..

    The last iteraton of Vista that installed was pretty much unusable; and not because it used too much CPU - i figured out what services to stop to take care of that problem... it was how unstable all the admin tools were..

    I'm curious to see how it'll make out.
