Update: Installing WordPress Locally Under Windows XP

Back in June, I wrote a short tutorial outlining how to install WordPress locally on a Windows box. Since then, the article received over 10k visits, and the numbers are still climbing daily.

Unfortunately (or fortunately should I say?), newfound buddy Chip from Chip's Quips discovered that there was a small problem with my
walkthrough: it fails miserably if you already have a web server (IIS, etc.) running in the background of your machine at the time of the installation. The Solution? Modify the default HTTP port number used by Apache in the httpd.conf file.

Thanks Chip!
