To go where no man has gone before.

According to this physorg.com article, it may be possible that humans will achieve interstellar travel within the next one hundred years. The Wright brothers’ first flight attempt advanced to a man on the moon in just 50 years. In less than 100 years, we can travel 1,000 times faster then we were able to back in the early 1900. If this rule holds true for the next hundred years, we will be able to travel to the nearest stars pretty easily. The NASA identified 3 potential propulsion technologies that may let us travel where no man has traveled before: Antimatter, fusion and light sails.
